Meet Our Founder
At LoneStar Air Sealers, we’ve been helping homeowners take control of their comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality since 2020. What started in College Station, Texas as a small, hardworking operation has grown into a trusted name for attic and insulation solutions across the area. From day one, our focus has been simple: do the job right, treat people honestly, and deliver results you can actually feel the moment you walk back into your home.
Our owner brings both real-world experience and formal education to every project. He graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2006 with a degree in Industrial Technology and has continued to expand his knowledge through extensive building science training. That means we’re not just guessing at what’s going on in your attic—we understand how your home actually functions as a system, from airflow and insulation to moisture control and energy performance.
He’s also a proud father to a 14-year-old daughter and an avid outdoorsman, and that mindset shapes how this company operates every single day. Hard work, accountability, and doing what you say you’re going to do aren’t optional—they’re the standard. Whether it’s a small air sealing job or a full attic transformation, we approach every project with the same level of care and attention to detail we’d expect in our own home.
We’ve seen firsthand how overlooked attics can create real problems—sky-high energy bills, uneven temperatures, poor air quality, and even long-term damage to your home. Most people never go up there, and honestly, we don’t blame you. That’s where we come in. We specialize in identifying the issues other contractors miss and fixing them the right way, using proven building science principles and high-quality materials that actually perform.
What sets us apart isn’t just the work we do—it’s how we do it. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or pushing services you don’t need. Every home is different, and we take the time to evaluate your specific situation so we can recommend what actually makes sense. No pressure, no gimmicks—just straightforward answers and real results.
As a locally owned and operated company, we take pride in serving our community. You’re not just another job on a schedule—you’re a neighbor. That means showing up when we say we will, communicating clearly, and standing behind our work long after the job is done.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: make your home more comfortable, more efficient, and healthier to live in—without the hassle. And if that means climbing into a hot, dusty attic so you don’t have to… well, that’s kind of our thing.
